Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our Bethany and Rowland Flat vineyards were harvested in early April 2022.

The juice was fermented in open fermenters, pressed with a Water Bag press, and matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.

The wine exhibits the essential characteristics of a Barossa Cabernet. It is notable for black berry fruits, eucalypt and earthiness. It will age well over the next 10 years.
