Produced from grapevines which have grown for more than 50 years in our Nicolai vineyard, from an older Barossa clone.

Fermented in open fermenters, pressed using a Water Bag press, and matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.

The wine exhibits all the features of a traditional Barossa Shiraz. These will be further enhanced and mellowed by aging over the next 5 to 10 years.
