A mix of French and American oak (75% French 25% American) and made up of 55% Cabernet and 45% Shiraz, this parcel was matured in oak for 24 months.

Blackcurrant, varietal mint/eucalypt spring from the glass along with vanilla and toasty buttery notes. A rounded, creamy pallet with beautiful dried herbs.

A wine that is in a really good spot – still showing primary fruits but some secondary characters beginning to shine through.
