Delicate, fresh, and quietly expressive, our Pinot Blanc offers soft notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, with a gentle hint of stone fruit. A clean, balanced palate and fine acidity give the wine a light, refreshing finish, making it a natural companion to oysters, scallops, fresh seafood, creamy pastas, and soft cheeses.

This wine is inspired by the small blue wrens that greet us each morning, flitting through the garden as we sit with a cup of coffee. Their cheerful presence - darting between the vines and splashing in the bird bath - has become part of the rhythm of life here. Like them, this Pinot Blanc is bright, graceful, and enjoyable at anytime.

The label artwork is created by local Barossa artist Nathan Teague.

Vintage Conditions

The 2025 Barossa growing season was defined by a dry winter and spring, followed by a warm and even ripening period. Early vine growth set the season ahead, while low humidity and minimal disease pressure allowed for clean, healthy fruit development.

Mild summer conditions with few heat spikes helped Pinot Blanc retain its delicate aromatics and natural acidity. A settled, dry harvest period ensured fruit of purity and balance, ideally suited to a fresh, vibrant style.
