  • Can I order for other friends and relatives?

    Yes, most certainly! We can also include a message with your gift on your behalf.

    You will have a Billing and Shipping address when paying online. Add your own details to billing and your friend or relative's details to shipping.

  • What are the postal charges?

    Freight charges are:

    For a quantity under 12 - $10 Australia wide

    For a quantity over 12 - $15 Australia wide

    For overseas orders please contact us.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once your payment has been approved we will pack your wine and book your delivery in through our provider, Wine Post Australia, for next available pick up. Please allow 3 working days for delivery to most metro areas, and up to 7 working days for delivery to more remote locations. (Although delivery may occur sooner than quoted.)

    You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

    If you are from overseas, please contact us so we can discuss options for shipping wine to you.

  • I have received my order and it is broken. What do I do?

    We would be happy to replace it for you free of charge. All you need to do is send us an email at lenore@jbwines.com or phone or text (Lenore 0408 794 389) within 5 days of the arrival of the damaged goods.

  • My order has not arrived by the expected date. What should I do?

    Just send us an email at lenore@jbwines.com or phone or text (Lenore 0408 794 389) us.

  • I have received my parcel but it is not what I ordered. What do I do?

    Just send us an email at lenore@jbwines.com or phone or text (Lenore 0408 794 389) and we will sort out what to do

  • If I am not home when the delivery arrives what will happen?

    The parcel will be left as per ‘special delivery instructions’. If no instructions were left you will receive an AusPost card specifying which post office to collect your package from.

  • Do you have a cellar door?

    We only have cellar door by appointment. However, if you'd like to taste our wines, visit us at Chateau Tanduna once per month or check our event list to see where we are next.

  • How old are your Barossa vines?

    Our vineyards are on the eastern side of the valley, on the slopes of the Barossa Ranges. The vines were planted between 1972 and 2003.

  • Can I pick up wine direct from the winery?

    Yes, we would be pleased to see you. Just call Lenore (0408 794 389) or Greg (0438 204 426) to let us know you are coming to our Vineyard.

  • Are all your wines (Jb Wines) made from your own grapes?

    Yes: all our wines are made from our own grapes grown on our family vineyards at Bethany and Rowland Flat in the Barossa Valley.
